深圳高职汽车人才培养之路——基于官校企行四方联动合作模式的探索

高职教育是一种开放的教育体系,在教学运行机制上更多地实现了政府、学校、企业、行业的四方联动。本文以深圳职业技术学院"官校企行四方联动"办学模式为前提,以深职院汽车与交通学院校企合作建设项目为现实背景,讨论"官校企行"四方联动模式。"官校企行"四方联动模式对深圳高职汽车人才培养将起着非常重要的指导作用,是解决高职汽车专业人才培养中诸多问题的必然出路。

Higher vocational education is an open system, and is running based on co-operation of four sides including government, schools, companies, industries. The paper discusses the cooperation model of four sides which could guides the personnel training and solves all kinds of problems during educations based on the four sides cooperation and in the background of projects between Schools of Automotive and transportation engineering and enterprises.
