《红楼梦》中跨等级道歉的语用研究 被引量:5

摘要 对于《红楼梦》,学者们多从文学评论和修辞鉴赏的角度进行研究。本文则以社会地位为主要研究变量,结合语用学中的面子理论和礼貌准则,对《红楼梦》前八十回中十一次跨等级道歉行为展开分析。研究发现,下级道歉者通常遵循Gu(1990)所提出的贬己尊人准则,采取独立性策略乞求宽恕,而上级道歉者通常遵循Leech(1983)所提出的同情准则,在采取参与性策略的同时注重保护自己的面子。这与Scollon,R.&Scollon,S.W(.2000)所提出的跨等级礼貌体系大体吻合。来自下级道歉者的道歉通常不被接受,而来自上级道歉者的道歉通常立刻获得接受。总体说来,在道歉行为中,地位高者享有远超地位低者的自由,可以根据需要选择合适的道歉策略及礼貌准则。
