摘要 在综合国内外文献和专利的基础上,对涂料印花的创新过程进行剖析,并提出近期和远期发展方向.就使用无致癌裂解物的颜料、无甲醛自交联单体、聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯粘合剂、羟苯基亚磺酸钠还原剂等,以解决涂料印花的生态问题;使用微胶囊颜料及改性丙烯酸酯粘合剂,解决手感与染色牢度的矛盾;使用聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯齐聚物,以适应喷墨印花的需要;使用纳米颜料,提高鲜艳度和着色力,以及用UV、电子束固着、纤维改性等代替高温焙固(节能减排),进行较详细的介绍与分析. The innovation process of pigment printing was analyzed based on the literature and patents at home and abroad. The recent and long term development direction was brought forward. The ecology problems of pigment printing could be solved through the usage of pigment without cancerogenic cracking products, formaldehyde free self crosslinking monomer, polyurethane-acrylate binder, sodium hydroxyphenyl sulfonic acid reducing agent. The contradiction of handle and color fastness could be solved by using microcapsule pigment and modified arcylated binder. Polyurethane-acrylate oligomer was used to meet the demand of ink jet printing. Nano pigment was used to improve the vividness and tinorial strength. UV and electron beam hardening and fiber modification was used to replace high temperature curing to realize energy saving and emission reduction.
