摘要
非金属元素氮掺杂纳米TiO2因其优良的可见光催化性能而倍受关注.综述了掺氮纳米TiO2可见光催化材料的制备方法、掺杂结构及可见光响应机理,介绍了掺氮纳米TiO2复合改性的研究进展,并对掺氮纳米TiO2可见光催化材料今后的研究发展方向提出了建议.
The non-metallic element nitrogen doped nano-TiO2 has been concerned greater attention for its high visible light photocatalytic activity. Preparation methods, chemical structure of doped-nitrogen, and visible light response mechanism of nitrogen doped nano-TiO2 were reviewed. The research progress of nitrogendoped TiO2 modification was introduced. Some suggestions on future research directions of nitrogen-doped TiO2 visible light photocatalytic material were proposed.
