摘要
以柞蚕蛹皮为原料制备壳聚糖,用其整理柞蚕丝织物,再分别用直接染料、活性染料及天然苏木染料对整理前后的柞蚕丝织物进行染色,对制备的壳聚糖进行红外光谱分析,并研究了壳聚糖整理前后柞蚕丝纤维的表面形态及染色性能.结果表明:经壳聚糖整理后,柞蚕丝织物的染色深度均显著增加,直接染料及活性染料上染率有较大提高,染色织物的皂洗和摩擦牢度保持不变.
Chitosan was prepared from pupa skin of antheraea pernyi and was used to finish tussah silk fabric. Direct dyes, reactive dyes and natural sappsn dyes were used to dye tussah silk fabric before and after chitosan treatment. The structure of the chitosan product was characterized by IR .The surface morphology and dyeing property of the silk fabric before and after finishing were studied. The results indicated that the color depth of the dyed fabric were improved remarkably, and the dye uptake of direct dyes and reactive dyes were increased. The soaping fastness and crocking fastness of dyed fabric changed little.
