摘要 目的:应用超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱法鉴定白茅根中的化学成分。方法:实验采用Acquity BEH C18色谱柱,流动相采用0.05%甲酸水溶液(A)和甲醇(B)梯度洗脱。结果:根据正、负离子模式下的准分子离子峰和二级质谱,通过与文献数据或部分标准品对照,鉴定了8个化合物,分别是1-咖啡酰奎尼酸(1-O-caffeoylquinic acid,1-CQA)、3-CQA、5-CQA、4-CQA、3-阿魏酰奎尼酸(3-O-feruloylquinic acid,3-FQA)、咖啡酸、二咖啡酰奎尼酸(diCQA)、4,7-二甲氧基-5-甲基香豆素(Siderin)。结论:在白茅根中首次发现含有1-CQA、3-CQA、4-CQA、3-FQA、diCQA。 AIM: To identify the chemical compounds in Imperata cylindrical(Beauv.) by ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ion mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-MS).METHODS: The chromatographic analysis was carried out on: Acquity BEH C18 column;mobile phase consisted of water containing 0.05% formic acid(A) and methanol(B) with gradient elute.RESULTS: The quasi-molecular ions of compounds under both negative and positive modes were observed for molecule mass information,and the potential structures were elucidated by the mass spectral data of compounds by comparison with the reference data and present standards.Eight compounds,1-caffeoylquinic acid(1-CQA),3-CQA,5-CQA,4-CQA,3-feruloylquinic acid(3-FQA),Caffeic acid,dicaffeoylquinic acid(diCQA) and siderin were identified.CONCLUSION: This is the first report of 1-CQA,3-CQA,4-CQA,3-FQA,diCQA existed in Imperata cylindrical(Beauv.).
