摘要
由水泥水化过程中释放的水化热引起的温度变化和混凝土收缩产生的温度应力,是大体积混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因。结合某工程无损检测厂房,对大体积混凝土温度进行预测与实测,从而计算温度应力,得出要保证该工程混凝土不产生裂缝,需保证混凝土内外温差小于12℃的结论。
The temperature change caused by the hydration heat released from the cement hydration process and concrete shrinkage resulting from thermal stress cracks are the main reason of the large volume of concrete cracking. Combining with the actual prediction and measurement for mass concrete temperature of non-destructive plant testing of some project, the temperature stress was calculated. The conclusion is that the temperature difference inside and outside should be kept at 12 ℃ or less in order to avoid the project concrete cracking.
