摘要
我国的中小型民营企业是一股不可忽视的力量,然而它们在人力资源管理中普遍存在着对员工激励不足和激励不当的问题。构建有效的员工激励机制以提高其竞争力,已成为企业明智的和必需的选择。以激励理论和相关研究成果作基础,结合中小型民营企业实际,可以尝试提出一套操作性较强的员工激励机制构建和运行办法,并分别从信息交流过程、工作行为过程和评估分配过程三个角度列举出员工激励机制运行中可采用的一些具体激励措施。

Building an effective staff incentive mechanism to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become a wise and the necessary choice. Based on incentive theory and related research, and according to the realities of small and medium-sized private enterprises, we can try to put forward a set of operable employees incentive mechanisms and operation approach, and list a number of specific incentive measures which can be used in the operation of employee incentive mechanism from three angles including the information communication process, the work allocation process and the course of conduct and evaluation
