试论团体辅导在大学生职业生涯规划中的作用

The Effect of Group Counseling on University Students’ Career Planning

大学生的职业生涯规划近年来受到了各方的关注。已有从不同角度对国内外职业指导理论进行了介绍和总结,并提出了相应的指导对策。但大学生职业生涯规划是一个系统而动态的连续过程,仅有经验的介绍总结和缺乏针对性的策略无法体现大学生的主体性,不能满足大学生生涯规划的动态发展需要。团体辅导作为一种强调体验与认知并重的辅导方式,可以帮助大学生在全面认识自我的基础上,制定切实可行的职业生涯规划书,把大学学业与未来的职业目标紧密地联系在一起,从而达成有效的职业指导。

University students＇ career planning is the demand of the development of our times as well as the need of their accomplishment. There are many current researches on career instruction which focus on the foreign of career instruction theories or the conclusions of the internal relatively practices. However, in the recent years, more and more scholars have emphasized the introductions of career developing theories and the practice in education. Grouping coun- seling, as a effective measure, has the significant effect on the increasing values of self-cognition and establishing a long-term planning. Specially, group counseling can ensure university student＇s career planning.
