就业是高等教育的出发点和落脚点。随着高等教育大众化进程的加快,高校毕业生的就业形势日益严峻。造成目前高校毕业生就业困难的因素主要有三个:社会供求不平衡;学校专业设置与市场脱节;毕业生择业预期与实际需求错位。在高校就业工作中贯彻落实科学发展观,是确保高等教育可持续发展的重要保障。以科学发展观指导高校就业工作的主要举措有:以发展的眼光看待目前的就业形势;以人为本,开展学生就业指导;树立全面协调的就业指导理念,促进就业工作的可持续发展。

Employment is the motivation and aim of higher Education. With the acceleration of. the popularity of higher education, university graduates＇ employment is getting more and more serious. There are mainly three reasons for the recent difficult employment of university graduates. Social supply and demand are imbalanced, university specialty setup and market are disjointed, and graduates＇ anticipation and actual requirement are disproportional. Implementing the Scientific Concept on Development is a powerful guarantee to the sustainable development of higher education. For example, the main step for guiding university graduates＇ employment with the Scientific Concept on Development is to consider the present employment position developmentally, to establish human-oriented study and employment program, to build comprehensive, coordinated career guidance system and to achieve sustainable development of employment.
