Towards an Expert System of Composite Material Design

建立了一个纤维增强树脂基复合材料及其结构设计的专家系统原型，主要包括一个通用的推理机，一系列复合材料设计和典型构件设计知识库，材料性能算法库及为系统推理服务的各种数据库，和能够进行一定实际设计的功能模块．该系统能根据一定的设计条件进行一般的复合材料设计、层合板设计及典型构件设计；并能根据已有的材料性能数据，利用复合材料粗观力学和细观力学对复合材料性能进行预测及对典型构件进行强度校核．整个系统在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境运行，具有良好的人机交互界面．程序采用了面向对象的编辑技术，便于调试。

An expert system prototype for the FRP composite material design is put forward in this paper.The ES prototype contains a general inference engine, a set of knowledge bases,a material properties algorithm base,several data-bases and function models. It can simulate a human expert to make a design scheme for FRP composite material design,layered components design and normal components design.A satisfied result will be gained through the reiterative design.It has a friendly interface and is convenient for debugging,maintenance and transplanting.
