摘要
应用FV-TVD(即有限体积TVD)格式求解了某型涡轮导向器静叶改型所生成的弯曲叶片构成的叶栅内部流场.控制方程采用任意曲线坐标系下的时间相关Navier-Stokes方程,对无粘通量采用Chakravarthy-Osher的三阶精度TVD格式进行离散,对粘性通量采用中心差分格式进行离散.通过对于弯曲叶片内部流场的计算,得到了叶栅内部流场的速度及气流角等参数的分布情况,表明了应用弯曲叶片进行燃气涡轮的设计是提高涡轮级效率的有效方法.
In this paper,we calculate the flow field with bowed-and twisted blade by using FV-TVD scheme.The control equation is the time-marching N S.equation in the general curvilinear coordinate.The inviscous flow fluxes are discretized by third order accuracy Chakravarthy-Osher TVD scheme and the viscous flow fluxes are discretized by central difference scheme.Through the calculation of the flow field,we achieve the distribution of the velocity and flow angle and find that using the bowed-and -twisted blade can increase the efficiency of the turbine to some extent.
