摘要
抗菌肽是一类具有抗微生物活性的小分子多肽，具有相对分子质量小、抗菌谱广等特点，具有广谱抗菌活性和抗病毒、真菌、寄生虫及肿瘤等生物活性，且不易产生抗药性，有良好的应用前景。本文对抗菌肽的结构特点、生物活性、作用机理及在饲料中的应用现状进行了综述，并指出在开发研究抗菌肽中存在的问题，对其发展作了展望。
The antimicrobial peptides is a kind of small molecule polypeptide with antimicrobic activity. It has small molecular weight , good stability of heat and wide antibacterial spectrum. With broad -spectrum antimicrobial activity and antivirus, fungi, parasites and tumors and other biological activity, and resistance is not easy, there are good prospects. Article on the structural features of antimicrobial peptides and biological activity, the mechanism and the application status in feed are reviewed, and noted that research and development problems in antimicrobial peptides, its development is prospected.
