摘要
钻灌一体地基防渗加固技术是一种改进的高喷灌浆造墙方法,是将普通高压喷灌的成孔与灌浆两个割裂的施工工艺融合成一个连续的工艺。该文结合工程实例详细介绍了这一技术的原理、施工工艺及施工方法,还总结了特殊情况下的施工及故障处理方法。该技术具有机理明确、工艺简单、质量可靠、工效高、造价低、改善施工环境等优点,可广泛用于江河、湖泊、水库堤坝建造垂直防渗墙工程以及桥梁基础、路基加固、基坑止水等防渗加固工程。
The seepage control and reinforcing technology of drilling and grouting integration for foundations is an improved wall- making way of sprinkling grouting with high pressure. Here, combining with engineering examples, the method is introduced in detail, including its technical principle, construction technology and procedure, trouble treating and so on. The practices show that the method has many remarkable merits, such as the definite mechanism, simple technology, firm quality, high efficiency, low cost, improving the construction surrondings and so on, and could be used in various seepage control and reinforcing projects.
