摘要
悬吊式钢内筒烟囱中膨胀节作为连接上下两节内筒的节点,是悬吊式钢内筒烟囱设计的重点和难点。该文对悬吊式钢内筒烟囱中膨胀节在各种荷载工况下的变形特点,以及膨胀节变形时要满足的条件进行分析,并以实例进行了膨胀节纵向和横向变形限值计算。得到了膨胀节设计的主要依据,并提出了膨胀节的设计方法。该方法可为目前广泛应用的悬吊式钢内筒烟囱承插式膨胀节设计提供参考。
The expansion joint is a kind of connection joint of hanging steel-liner-chimney, its design is important and difficult. By analyzing the deformation and allowable deformaion of the expansion joint under all load situations, the principal basis in de- sign of the expansion joint is gotten, and the design method for it is proposed. At last, the application of the design method is present by an example.
