摘要
为研究钢筋混凝土储煤筒仓预应力部分受力性能和整体结构抗震性能,分析预应力有限元模拟方法的可行性,采用ANSYS软件对电厂新建的储煤圆形筒仓结构建立有限元模型;采用对仓壁和漏斗壁施加平均应力的方法,对预应力筒仓进行非震和地震作用下整体受力分析。结果表明,筒仓采用预应力结构可以有效控制裂缝,预应力筒仓具有良好的抗侧性能;在水平地震作用下,位于洞口边缘附近的筒壁部分和壁柱部分竖向力增加较大,设计中应予以考虑。使用平均应力法模拟预应力对筒仓的作用是可行的。
The finite element model for prestressing reinforced concrete circular coal silo with large diameter is built by ANSYS software, in which the average stress method is used to simulate the prestressed load on silo wall and inclined wall effectively. The mechanical analysis for the prestressing silo is carried out under normal load and earthquake action to study the mechanical performance of prestressing components, the seismic performance of structures and the feasibility of simulating the prestressing load. The results show that the prestressing can make the crack of the silo be controllable in a reasonable range, and the prestressing silo has a good anti-lateral performance. The average stress method is feasible for simulating the prestressed load and in the prestressed design and analysis of the silo structure.
