河桥T形梁裂缝修补措施浅谈

摘要 钢筋混凝土预制板、梁等构件在多种因素影响下经常会出现裂缝,对裂缝进行修补,使其达到安全使用要求,将是一项费省效宏的工程。该文以湖北竹山县潘口水电站河桥工程T形梁裂缝修补为实例,详细的介绍了修补材料、修补方案、施工工艺以及裂缝修补后T形梁试验检测等内容。检测结果表明,无论是受压还是受拉,该T形梁修补处均无裂缝出现。修补后桥的承载力、结构变形及抗裂标准均达到了技术规范要求,可以交付使用。 In practice, it is a useful project with least cost and high benefit to patch the cracks of reinforced concrete units. Here, taking the river-bridge engineering in Pankou Hydropower Station for example, such contents are introduced in detail as the patching materials, patching scheme, construction technology, test checking for the cracks of the T-beam after patching and so on. The results show that after patching, all the bearing capacity, structural deformation and anti-cracking standard of the bridge reach to the requirement of technical codes, and the bridge could be used.
