摘要
目的:观察贝那普利联合尿毒清灌肠对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者生长-细胞因子含量的影响。方法:46例CRF患者分为观察组(24例)与对照组(22例),后者单用贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用尿毒清灌肠。比较治疗前、后患者血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及细胞因子白介素1β(IL-1β)的含量,同时比较肾功能包括肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24h尿蛋白(24hUP)和血压的变化。结果:治疗后患者TGF-β1及IL-1β较治疗前降低,以观察组降低明显,且与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后Ccr明显升高,BUN、Scr及24hUP明显降低,以上变化仍以观察组较对照组明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后血压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加用尿毒清灌肠可有效降低CRF患者生长因子TGF-β1及细胞因子IL-1β的含量,并有效改善肾功能及促进毒物排泄。
Objective:To explore the effect of benazepril combined with uremic clearance granule(UCG)on patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:Forty-six CRF patients were divieded into the observation group(24 cases)and control group(22 cases).The control group were given by benazepril(5-10 mg/d)and the observation ones were given by benazepril combined with uremic clearance granule(60%,100mL for 1 hour per day)by the way of colon dialysis.The serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were detected through method ELISA.Besides,the blood pressure,creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)and 24 hours urine protein(24hUP)were also observed.Results:After a 4-week treatment,level of TGF-β1 and IL-1 dropped and the upper two factors in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control ones(P〈0.05).For the renal function,the Ccr increased but BUN,Scr and 24hUP decreased after treatment,and the upper changes were more obvious in the observation group(P〈0.05).Blood pressure declined in all the patients and the pressure difference between the two groups was not significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion:UCG could help benazepril reduce level of TGF-β1 and IL-1β,and improve renal function in patients with chronic renal failure.
