56例颅脑损伤死亡患者临床分析

Factors affecting death of patients with brain injury in 56 cases

目的:通过对颅脑损伤各种死亡因素的分析,以利于提高救治水平,降低死亡率。方法:对56例颅脑损伤死亡病例进行回顾性分析,特重型36例,重型11例,中型6例,轻型3例。其中合并伤26例。结果:伤后24h内死亡11例,1～7d内死亡24例,7d～1个月内死亡19例,1个月以上死亡2例。结论:降低脑外伤死亡的关键是早期诊断、合理治疗。

Objective：To analyze factors affecting death of patients with brain injury in order to improve treatment and reduce the mortality.Methods：Of the 56 dead cases of traumatic brain injury,36 were very severe cases,11 were severe,6 were mild,and 3 were slight.A total of 26 cases suffered from associated injuries all together.Results：11 cases died within 24 hours after injury,24,19 and 2 cases died 1-7 days,7 days to 1 month,and one month after injury respectively.Conclusion：Early diagnosis and proper treatments are the key points to reduce the mortality of traumatic brain injury patients.
