葡萄糖酸锌对轮状病毒肠炎患儿血锌及腹泻的影响

Effect of zinc gluconate tablets on serum zinc and diarrhea of children with rotariras enteritis

目的:观察葡萄糖酸锌片(ZGT)对当地轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)患儿血锌含量及腹泻程度的影响。方法:测取健康儿童(30例)的血锌作为参考值;将48例RVE患儿随机分为补锌组(28例)及常规组(20例),均以常规治疗为基础;补锌组患儿按照WHO推荐补锌方案加用ZGT(10～20mg,共14d)治疗,常规组患儿不加用ZGT;比较患儿血锌的水平及腹泻程度的差异。结果:RVE患儿血锌水平显著低于健康儿童(70.15±17.30)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);治疗后补锌组血锌水平回升至(68.34±15.19)μmol/L,和健康儿童无统计学差异(P>0.05);而治疗后常规组患儿血锌为(60.14±13.25)μmol/L,显著低于补锌组(P=0.021)。腹泻程度比较:住院期间补锌组患儿日均腹泻次数及稀便量均显著低于常规组(P分别为0.037、0.041),且平均止泻时间显著短于常规组(P=0.046)。结论:对轮状病毒肠炎患儿在常规治疗的基础上加用ZGT有助于增加血锌的水平,促进RVE的恢复;WHO推荐的补锌方案适用于本地区RVE患儿。

Objective：To explore whether zinc gluconate tablets（ZGT）can help to increase serum zinc level and promote antidiarrheal for children with rotavirus enteritis（RVE）.Methods：A total of 48 RVE cases were randomly divided into ZGT group（28 cases）and routine treatment group（20 cases）.Both groups were treated by routine treatments,while the ZGT group was also given an extra zinc supplement protocol recommended by WHO（10-20 mg/day,for 14 days）.The serum zinc and the severity of diarrhea of these 2 groups were compared using the serum zinc level detected in 30 health children as reference level.Results：The serum zinc of the health children were（70.15±17.3）μmol/L,significant higher than that of the 48 RVE cases（P=0.027）.After treatment,serum zinc of the ZGT group were raised to（68.34±15.19）μmol/L,which is not significant different from the health level,while the routine treatment group still showed significant lower level of（60.14±13.25）μmol/L compared with the health children（P=0.021）.During the hospital stay,the frequency,and quantities of loose stools and the time for complete stop of diarrhea of the ZGT group was significant fewer and lower compared with the routine treatment group.Conclusion：ZGT can help to increase serum zinc level and promote recovery of RVE patients with diarrheal indicating that zinc supplement protocol recommended by WHO is suitable for local children.
