摘要
对拟南芥叶卷曲突变体lcd的表型观察表明:在幼苗期,从第一片真叶开始叶片向下卷曲,且叶张角变大;在莲座叶成熟后,与野生型相比,叶片尖端较钝,基部较宽,叶柄较短.通过遗传分析得知该突变为隐性单基因突变.采用图位克隆技术,将该突变基因初步定位于拟南芥的第3号染色体上,且与分子标记GAPAB紧密连锁.该研究为克隆该基因和阐明该基因的功能奠定了基础.
The phenotype of leaf curvature mutant,lcd in Arabidopsis thaliana shows that the leaves of this mutant curl downward from the first true leaf at its seedling stage,its leaf angle is larger than that of the wild-type at the same stage,and its mature rosette leaves become blunter,with longer blades and shorter petioles.Genetic analysis indicates that the mutation is controlled by a single recessive gene.The mutant gene was localized on chromosome 3 of Arabidopsis by mapping,which was closely linked to SSLP molecular marker GAPAB.
