中医药治疗寻常型进行期银屑病临床研究

Clinical Research of TCM on Vulgaris Psoriasis in Active Stage

目的:观察风热证方、血热证方、湿热证方治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将400例确诊患者分为4组各100例,其中治疗组分3型各为1组,分别服用风热证方胶囊,血热证方胶囊、湿热证方胶囊,每次6粒,1日3次;对照组服用阿维A胶囊,每次10mg,每日3次。均以3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组中,风热型组完整病例96例,治愈43例,显效37例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率90.62%;血热型组完整病例96例,治愈41例,显效42例,有效4例,无效9例,总有效率90.62%;湿热型组完整病例95例,治愈37例,显效42例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率89.47%;对照组完整病例95例,治愈21例,显效20例,有效25例,无效29例,总有效率69.47%;3个治疗组与对照组比较,总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:风热证方、血热证方、湿热证方对寻常型进行期银屑病有良好疗效。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effects of Capsule for Wind - heat Syndrome, Capsule for Blood - heat Syndrome and Capsule for damp - heat syndrome on psoriasis. Method ： 400 cases of diagnosed patients were divided into four groups, 100 cases in each group. Treatment group was divided into three patterns, which were taken respectively Capsule for Wind - heat Syndrome, Capsule for Blood - heat Syndrome, Capsule for dampheat syndrome, 6 pills each time and 3 times a day. Control group were treated with Acitretin Capsule, 10rag each time and 3 times a day. A course of treatment included 3 months. Result ： Among 96 cases in wind - heat pattern of treatment group, 43 cases were cured, 37 ones excellent, 7 ones effective, and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.62%. Among 96 cases in blood - heat pattern of treatment group, 41 cases were cured, 42 ones excellent, 4 ones effective, and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.62%. Among 95 cases in damp -heat pattern of treatment group, 37 cases were cured, 42 ones excellent, 6 ones effective, and 10 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 89.47%. Among 95 cases in control group, 21 cases were cured, 20 ones excellent, 25 ones effective, and 29 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 69.47%. There were significant differences between the three patterns of treatment group and control group （P 〈 0. 005）. Conclusion ： Capsule for Wind - heat Syndrome, Capsule for Blood - heat Syndrome and Capsule for damp - heat syndrome have good effects on psoriasis in active stage.
