摘要
绕包技术特点,以利用现有的高压电缆中间接头附件基础上,用绕包材料取代冷缩管为关键点,以着重解决传统方法(即冷缩法)对电缆中间接头单相接地故障抢修时间长的主要问题为切入点的一项技术。本文详细介绍了为实现绕包技术及应用进行的调查、选材、制作等过程的设计,并通过实验结果证明,绕包技术可以达到应用的要求,使电缆抢修时间缩短到传统方法的49%。
The characteristic of winded wrap technology,on the basic of using the middle fie-in component of existing high-voltage cable, it is the key point that replace cold-contract tube with winded wrap material, is that resolve the main problem which the time is long to rush to repair the failure of the cable single-phase earth by tradition method (cold-contract method).This paper introduce detailedly the design of process for investigation, selecting material and facture in realizing the application of winded cable wrap technology.It proved that winded cable wrap technology can reach the application demand through the trial result and let the time of rushing to repair reduce to 49% of tradition method.
