摘要
为改善城市慢行交通系统的安全性,分析了中国城市慢行交通系统的安全现状,从政策、规划、设计和管理以及慢行交通自身因素等方面研究了慢行交通事故的成因,基于冲突分析的方法,从交通组织、交通安全设计及交通管理等方面提出了道路路段和交叉口的设计和管理对策。研究表明,交通设计的优化是改善慢行交通安全的有效途径,并可从规划、管理和执法等方面采取措施进一步提高慢行交通安全,研究成果可为城市慢行交通系统设计和运行管理提供参考。
To improve safety of urban non - motorized traffic, current situation of urban non - motorized traffic was analyzed, and the safety problems of non - motorized traffic were studied from the aspects of policy, planning, designing and management. Conflict Analysis Method was used to propose safety design and management countermeasures for urban road section and intersections from the aspects of traffic designing and operation. The results indicate that traffic design optimization is an efficient way to improve safety of non - motorized traffic; further measures can be taken in planning, management and enforcement. The results can serve as references for design and operation of urban non-motorized traffic system.
