勃姆石四(4-硝基苯基)铁卟啉的催化性能 被引量:7

摘要 采用沉淀-焙烧法制备了勃姆石(BM)固载四(4-硝基苯基)铁卟啉[Fe T(4-NO2)PP/BM]催化剂,并用UV-Vis和FT-IR技术对其进行了表征。考察了Fe T(4-NO2)PP/BM在无任何溶剂和还原剂的条件下,催化空气氧化环己烷的性能。结果表明:在418 K和1.0 MPa的反应条件下,用仅含有0.001 1 mmolFe T(4-NO2)PP的勃姆石四(4-硝基苯基)铁卟啉就可以连续催化3次,并能提供平均为5.76%的环己烷转化率,90.3%的K/A油选择性和9.7×104的催化剂转化数,比相应未固载的Fe T(4-NO2)PP具有更好的催化性能和重复使用性能。 In this work, using a method of precipitation-calcination, Fe T (4 - NO2 ) PP/ BM has been prepared and characterized by UV-Vis and FT-IR techniques. The catalysis of Fe T(4 -NO2 ) PP/BM compound for aerobic oxidation of cyclohexane under mild conditions and in the absence of any solvents and reductants was investigated. The research results show that after 3 consecutive uses for the oxidation, a quantity of Fe T(4 - NO2 )PP/ BM containing only 0. 0011 mmol of iron porphyrin can provided, on average, 5.76% cyclohexane conversion, 90. 3% selectivity for K/A oil and a catalyst turnover numbers of 9.7× 10^4. It is more effective and reusable for the oxidation of cyclohexane than the unsupported catalyst under the same reaction conditions of 418 K and 1.0 MPa.
