Analysis and treatment of data abnormality in power system load forecasting

负荷预测是电力系统一项重要而基础的工作。预测结果的准确率要依赖于历史数据的正确分析与统计,以及正确地获取实时数据。系统地分析这两个环节的数据缺失和畸变的原因,根据电网运行固有的负荷规律,利用数值计算方法来判断、补齐和修正数据,并应用到在实际工程中,取得了良好的效果。

Load forecast is an important and basic job in power system. The accuracy of the forcast depends on the correct analysis of history data and obtaining the real time data correctly. By analyzing data lack and data abnormality, while using power system operation rules and numeric calculating method the data is corrected and fixed. These methods have been applied in actual project and got good effect.
