车用电子企业车间设备故障评估方法研究

摘要 针对车用电子企业在车间生产设备故障管理方面存在着故障信息采集不全面、信息判断凭个人经验以及对信息处理缺乏有效的分析,导致其车间生产故障管理困难等问题,提出了一种车用电子企业车间设备故障评估方法,该方法能够从车间的人员、设备状态、生产物料、知识方法、信息系统等多角度、多方位对车间设备故障进行诊断评估;构建了生产车间设备故障诊断因素结构树,并对基于模糊综合评价的车间设备故障评估进行了研究。最后,该方法应用到安徽某车用电子企业车间的设备故障管理中,取得良好应用效果。 Equipment Fault diagnosis is one of difficulties to enterprise management in Work Shop of middle and small electronic manufacturing enterprises. According to difficult issues in fault management, such as equipment outdated and lag in technology in workshop assembly of middle and small electronic enterprises, a method of equipment Failure Assessment is put forward that can diagnose fault from multi-angle and multi-directional such as the staff from the assembly plant, machinery and equipment, materials, knowledge and information systems. The production factor structure of workshop equipment fault diagnosis tree was constructed, and based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the workshop equipment fault assessment of key technology was discussed. Finally, the method is applied to Anhui Work Shop of a certain automotive e-business in the fault management, and achieved good results.
