密闭循环系统的控制及除砂除气器分离效果分析

摘要 西部高含硫油气藏中富含剧毒和强腐蚀性的硫化氢,对钻井现场的安全问题形成严重的威胁。通过研究钻井过程中地面输送系统,及系统组成中各设备的结构和密封性,提出了解决西部地区高含硫条件下钻井现场安全问题的方案——密闭循环系统。本研究还对密闭循环系统的控制和除砂除气器的分离效果进行了分析,旨在讨论分析密闭循环系统的可行性。结果表明密闭循环系统能够有效解决高含硫钻井现场的安全问题。而在初始钻进时除砂除气器入口流量必须达到一定值才能保证分离器的分离效果。 High sulfur oil and gas reservoirs in western is rich in hydrogen sulfide, which is highly toxic, strong corrosive, and threats the security of rig site seriously. By researching the ground transportation system of drilling and the structure and the leakproofness of all equipments in the system, a solution, which was to resolve the security issue of rig site with high sulfur, was presented - the closed circulatory system. The control of the closed circulatory system and the effect of separation system were also analyzed to discuss the feasibility of the closed circulatory system. The results showed that the closed circulatory system was an effective solution for the security issues with high sulfur. At the time of the initial drilling, the inlet flow rate must reach a certain value in order to ensure the separation effect of device separation.
