SOLVING "THE FINANCING DIFFICULTIES" OF CHINESE SMALL ENTERPRISES——The Investigation Report of the Financing Difficulties of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

本文针对制约当前我国小企业发展的最大瓶颈"融资难"问题,在多次深入调研的基础上,应用大量数据进行比较研究,重点分析了金融资源配置和我国市场结构的关系,得出以下结论:我国中小企业融资难,主要难在小企业,应当改变对问题的认识角度与政策思路,将解决中小企业融资问题改变为解决小企业融资问题,改革相关制度,调整相关政策,明确改革目标。

In this paper,the research group aims to solve ＂the financing difficulties＂ of Chinese small enterprises,which severely restricts the enterprises＇ development.After many in-depth surveys and data comparison,the research group emphatically analyzes the relationship between financial resources allocation and market structure in China,and finally gets a conclusion： the ＂financing difficulties of small enterprises＂ is the key point of this issue.The policymakers should change their perspectives towards solving the financing problems of small enterprises,improving related policy systems,adjusting the relevant policies and clearing reform targets.
