摘要 研究了常压空气等离子体预处理后的棉织物碱氧一浴前处理工艺,探讨碱氧一浴前处理工艺参数(化学助剂用量、处理时间、温度等)对退浆等级等前处理效果的影响.结果表明,经常压等离子体预处理的棉织物能节约碱氧一浴前处理中化学助剂的用量,缩短处理时间,降低处理温度,而且经温和碱氧一浴前处理后各指标超过了传统前处理的效果. Alkali-oxygen one bath pre-treatment of cotton fabric after atmospheric air, plasma pretreatment was researched; one bath of alkali-oxygen pre-treatment process parameters (chemical additives usage, processing time, temperature, etc. ) and other pre-treatment levels of desizing gate effect were discussed. The results show that the atmospheric plasma pretreatment of cotton fabrics can save the anaotmt of chemical of one bath alkali-oxygen pre-treatment; shorten the processing time, lower processing temperature, and the various indicators of one bath pre-treatment are better than the traditional pre-processing results.
