青年教师教学智慧在麻醉学PBL教学中的生成研究与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价PBL教学模式在临床麻醉学的教学过程中对青年教师教学智慧生成的影响。方法:自麻醉系本科临床见习期开始对临床麻醉学课程施行PBL教学直至实习期结束,对学生及实施教学的青年教师分阶段进行培训和考核。结果:学生对青年教师的评价在教学实践中逐步提高,学生教学效果满意。结论:青年教师实施PBL教学的过程即其自身教学经验不断丰富,教学智慧不断完善的过程。PBL教学有助于提高青年教师的沟通能力和应变能力,但必须坚持进行教学方法及理论基础的培训。 Objective: to measure the influence of PBL teaching mode on the teaching wisdom formulation of young faculties over the teaching process of clinical anesthesiology. Methods: PBL teaching method was exerted to apprentices from the probation period of the clinical anesthesiology course till the end of clinical training, training and tests were performed gradually to students as well as the young faculties. Results: Degree of satisfaction to the young faculties was improved gradually in students undergoing the PBL teaching. The learning effect was accepted and satisfied by the students. Conclusion: Teaching experiences and teaching wisdom are ameliorated following the PBL teaching, which is also beneficial to the improvement of communication and responsibility of the young faculties and theoretical training must be persisted during this period.
