多站点考核在外科实习医师出科考试中的应用

Application of multiple station examination of clinical skills (MSECS) in examination of post-departmental rotation from surgical department

我院实行实习医师出科考核新方法。在实习过程中注重临床技能培养,出科考试采用多站点方式进行,并对各站点进行量化分析。实践证明,此项改革能促进医学生端正实习态度,引导学生理论与实践密切结合,提高临床实践操作能力,促进临床教学质量的提高。

A new method of examination of clinical post-departmental rotation has been practiced in our college. Importance has been attached to the practical skills during the clinical practice. MSECS has been used in after-department rotation from surgical department and was quantitatively analyzed. It has been proved that MSECS could make the interns have correct attitude towards practice, led the interns attach the combination of clinical practice to theories, and improved the clinical practical skills, thus leading to better clinical education.
