病区教学干事在外科实习带教中的作用

Role of ward teaching clerk in surgical practice teaching management

目的:探讨病区教学干事在外科实习教学中的作用。方法:2005-2008年间皖南医学院弋矶山医院外科由病区教学干事负责172名医学本科生实习带教管理,并行问卷调查,统计毕业后在外科系统工作人数,获取用人单位评价。结果:医院和科室对外科病区教学干事工作表示肯定,97.67%(168/172)的学生乐意接受;毕业后有56名学员到外科系统工作,用人单位正面评价率为92.86%(52/56)。结论:病区教学干事负责制密切了师生关系,提高了外科临床实习带教质量和学生综合素质。

Objective： To evaluate the role of the ward teaching clerk in surgical practice teaching. Methods： 172 medical interns were technically trained and managed by the ward teaching clerks in the surgery department of Yijishan Hospital between 2005 and 2008. Results： Both hospital and surgery remained affirmative attitude about the work of ward teaehing clerks. 97,67% （168/172） interns willingly accepted the teaching clerks. 56 students worked in surgery departments after graduation, and 92.86% （52/56） employing units made a positive comment on the graduates. Conelusion： The responsibility system of ward teaching clerk may slrengthen the relations between the ehnieal teachers and students and improve the quality of surgical practice teaching management and comprehensive quality of graduates.
