同等学力申请临床医学硕士专业学位工作的开展,对提高医师的临床能力具有重要意义。文章结合我院同等学力申请临床医学硕士专业学位人员培养工作,就课程设置、实践要求、科研能力培养、临床能力培养与考核、学位论文要求等问题进行了探讨。

The development of applying for clinical master＇s degree for those with equivalent education has important significance to improve doctors＇ clinical capability. Combining the work of applying for a clinical master＇s degree for those with equivalent education in our college, this paper discusses the course design, practice requests, scientific research capability cultivation, clinical capability cultivation and examination, and thesis requirement, etc.
