综述了生物技术在水产养殖上的应用和研究，包括人工雌核生殖和雄核生殖，多倍体诱导，细胞核移植，细胞和组织培养，细胞融合和基因工程等。
This paper summarizes and comments on the present researches and applications of biotechnology in the aquaclture. including artificial gynogenesis and androgenesis.polyploidy induction. cell nuclear transplantation.cell and tissue culture cell fusion and gene engineering.
