摘要
研究了翡翠贻贝冻品在贮藏过程中的质量变化。从实验结果可得出:-25℃的贮藏温度有效地保持翡翠贻贝冻品原有质量,如果再添加由8%多聚磷酸钠和16%六偏磷酸钠所组成的复合添加剂,就可使其优秀品质保持期在7个月以上。
'The Changes of quality of frozen mussel (Perna Viridis)during storage were studied,The experimental results show that storage temperature at-25℃ can effectively maintain the original quality of frozen mussels, and if the compounel additive made up of 8% sodium polyphosphates and 1.6% sodium hexametaphosphate is added again.the high quality life will exceed seven months.
