摘要
分析了柴油机台架普通试验存在的问题,提出了解决问题的办法──利用原来的柴油机台架和部分仪器,更换一些新的测控仪器,建立柴油机台架自动测控系统。对比试验结果表明该系统与原来的相比在试验过程中具有操作方便、测量精确、缩短时间,减少人员、节约能源和改善试验环境等优点。这种方法用于改组与利用旧仪器设备具有良好的推广前景。
In this paper. after he has analysed the problems that the general test of diesel engine on the test rig existed. the author suggests a way. which the automatic measurement and control system on the diesel engine test rig is established by using the Original diesel engine test rig and parted instruments and replacing some new measurement and control instruments, to solve them. The result of contrasted test has shown that in the course of testing. this system provides the more advantages such as convenient operation. accurate measurement. cultailing time, reducing workers, saving energy. as well as improving lesting environment than original one does. This way opeds up practical prospects for reorganizing and using original instruments and equipments.
