发票数据采集系统在药库使用前后的效率对比

Comparison of efficiency before and after the application of invoice-data collection system in drug storehouse

目的:提高大型综合医院药库管理效率,推进信息化进程,实现医院药品管理系统与发票数据采集系统的药品信息数据对接。方法:根据现代物流理论,优化药库日常工作流程,设计开发医院与供货商的信息双向互动平台—发票数据采集系统。结果:完成了医院药品和22家供货商编码的对接工作,共采集了1900种药品,占医院供药品种的90%。发票数据采集系统使用前后,平均每张发票处理时间由39s降为18s,每月发票入库差错率由0.5%降为0。结论:发票数据采集系统的开发使用,可以提高工作效率,增强数据信息的实时性、准确性,使药品按批号管理成为现实,提高药库的管理水平。

Objective：To accomplish the link of drug data between the hospital information management system and invoice-data collection system for drug information,improve management efficiency of drug storehouse and promote the informationization.Methods：According to the theory of modern logistics,the routine work pattern of drug storehouse was optimized,and the invoice-data collection system between hospital and drug suppliers was schemed out.Results：The link of drug codes between hospital drug storehouse and 22 drug suppliers was completed,and the data of 1900 kinds of drugs which occupied 90% of all drugs in our hospital were collected.Before and after the use of invoice-data collection system in drug storehouse,the average time for dealing with each invoice decreased from 39 s to 18 s,and the error rate decreased from 0.5% to 0.Conclusion：Thanks to invoice-data collection system,the timeliness and veracity of data information were strengthened.The drugs can be managed by batch numbers,and the work effi ciency and the drug management level were improved.
