摘要
为某厂100t顶吹转炉溅渣护炉提供最佳工艺参数,按照转炉相应比例设计水力模型并试验研究。根据试验结果,优化溅渣护炉工艺参数,相应调整溅渣氮气压力和枪位,提高了溅渣效果,溅渣后炉渣均匀涂覆到炉衬上,溅渣时间缩短到2.5~3min,进一步提高了转炉炉龄,实现24025炉的新记录。
To provide optimal process parameters of slag splashing technology for 100 t converter at a steelmaking plant , water model is designed and researched according to relevant proportion of converter. According to the results of water-model experiment, the effect of slag splashing is improved by optimizing process parameters of slag splashing protection and adjusting nitrogen pressure and lance position, slag is splashed on the converter lining after slag splashing, the furnace campaign is further increased by reducing the slag splashing time to 2.5 -3 minntes, which is a new record of 24 025 furnace.
