摘要
ICP分析生铁中的各元素已经有很多研究,但如何快速分析生铁组分仍然未有定论。本文讨论通过提高样品溶解效率以达到快速分析的目的。实验证明用硫硝混合酸、过氧化氢、过硫酸铵溶解生铁样品能提高溶解效率,且分析的稳定性、准确率都达到理想要求。
ICP analysis of the various elements of iron has been a lot of researched.But How to rapid analysis the cast iron components are still not reached a conclusion.This article focused on the sample dissolved by increasing the efficiency to meet the requirements of rapid analysis. The Practice proved that mixed with H2SO4-HNO3,（NH4）2S2O8,H2O2, dissolved samples of iron could improve the efficiency of dissolution,and the analysis result＇s stability and the accuracy meet the ideal requirements.
