摘要
本文介绍了溶解氧快速测定仪读数稳定设置的意义。重点阐述了用正交试验法对读数稳定设置参数的优选:采用正交表L25(56),以时间段和变化百分率为因素,每个因素分成5个水平,以浓度偏差为指标进行试验,得出两因素的最佳参数;同时方差分析显示两因素及其配对对浓度有显著影响。最后用对比实验证明参数优选的正确性,从而使溶解氧测定仪测出的浓度更加准确。多次实验证明,对不同对象和环境,最佳配对也不同,因此应通过上述方法综合考虑。
This paper introduced the meanings of reading's stable setup of the dissolved oxygen meter. It expounded emphatically the optimum technology of reading's stable setup parameter by orthogonal test: An orthogonal test table L25(5^6)is used with the factors of the time duration and the percent variation having five different levels, the optimum parazneter of two factors is obtained by orthogonal test using the concentration deviation as index sign. At the same time, analysis of variance showed tile time duration and the pereent and their partnership had the notable infection to the concentration. Finally it testified the parameter optimization's correctness, using the contrast experiment. Consequently the concentration measured by the dissolved oxygen meter was much more precise. The multiple experiments proved that the optimum partnership was different when the object and the environment are changed. Thereby the optimum partnership need the eompositive consideration by the above-mentioned method.
