沐舒坦雾化吸入与频谱仪照射联合治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]观察沐舒坦雾化吸入与频谱仪照射联合治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的疗效。[方法]将婴幼儿支气管肺炎252例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组在常规治疗基础上应用沐舒坦雾化吸入,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合应用沐舒坦雾化吸入和频谱仪照射胸部,观察比较两组患儿临床症状体征缓解、消失、改善时间及住院时间。[结果]观察组患儿咳嗽咳痰及一般症状改善时间、肺部体征消失时间、住院时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]沐舒坦雾化吸入与频谱仪照射联合治疗小儿肺炎的疗效显著。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of combined mucosolvin atomizing inhalation and frequency spectrograph irradiation for infants with bronchopneumonia.Methods:A total of 252 infants with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into control and observation group.Based on conventional therapy,patients in control group received mucosolvin atomizing inhalation.Infants in observation group were accepted mucosolvin atomizing inhalation and frequency spectrograph irradiation.Then times of clinical signs and symptoms remission,Absence,improvement and length of patient stay of all cases were observed and compared.Results:In terms of general symptoms,cough and expectoration improvement time,Absence time of pulmonary signs,and length of patient stay,there were statistical significant differences between the two groups (P0.05).Conclusion:Combined mucosolvin atomizing inhalation and frequency spectrograph irradiation to treat infants with bronchopneumonia could gain notable curative effect.
