会阴侧切全层缝合与分层缝合方法效果比较

Comparison on effect of full-thickness suturation and straticulate suturation for puerpera accepting lateral episiotomy

[目的]比较会阴侧切两种缝合方法的效果。[方法]将240例经阴道分娩行会阴侧切术的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各120例。观察组采用丝线全层缝合,对照组采用分层缝合,对两组产妇手术切口缝合时间、术后切口愈合、缝线反应、瘢痕及硬结形成情况进行比较。[结果]观察组的手术切口缝合时间、术后伤口愈合、缝线反应、瘢痕及硬结形成情况与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]会阴侧切全层缝合方法可缩短缝合时间短、降低切口感染率、减少并发症,效果明显明优于分层缝合。

Objective：To compare the effect of two different ways of suturing for puerpera accepting lateral episiotomy.Methods：A total of 240 puerpera vaginal delivery undergoing lateral episiotomy were randomly divided into observation group （n=120） and control group （n=120）.Puerpera of observation group were given full-thickness saturation by using silk suture.Puerpera of control group were accepted straticulate suturation.Then the suturation time of operative incision,healing of postoperative incision,sutures reaction,formation of cicatrix and induration of all two group cases were compared.Results：There were statistically significant differences between observation group and control group cases in terms of the suturation time of operative incision,healing of postoperative incision,sutures reaction,formation of cicatrix and induration （P0.05）.Conclusion：The full-thickness suturation for puerpera accepting lateral episiotomy can shorten the suturation time,decrease the infection rate of incision and reduce the complications of puerpera.The effect of full-thickness suturation was markedly superior to straticulate suturation.
