急诊护士健康因素分析及措施

Analysis of health factors of emergency nurses and its measures

[目的]了解急诊科护士身心健康状况,探讨提高急诊科护士健康水平的措施。[方法]应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)以及自制常见亚健康症状表对30名急诊科护士和40名普通病房护士进行问卷调查,并予对比分析。[结果]急诊科护士SCL-90总均分和阳性项目数及睡眠障碍、月经异常等亚健康状况比例高于普通科护士;在抑郁、焦虑、偏执、强迫、人际关系敏感等因子得分也高于普通科护士,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]急诊科护士健康状况差,可能与急诊科工作的特殊性有关,应根据不同的情况采取应对措施,努力消除不利因素,提高急诊科护士身心健康水平。

Objective：To know the physical and mental health state of emergency nurses,and to probe into measures to enhance health level of emergency nurses.Methods：Totally 30 emergency nurses and 40 nurses in general ward were investigated and compared by adopting symptom checklist （SCL-90） and self-made common sub-health symptom list.Results：In terms of total average score of SCL-90,positive items scores and proportion of sub-health state such as sleep disorder and abnormal menstruation,emergency nurses were higher than nurses in common ward.Scores of depression,anxiety,paranoid,constrained and interpersonal relationship sensitivity of emergency nurses were higher than nurses in common ward.There were statistical significant differences between them （P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Poor health state of emergency nurses may relate to the particularity of the emergency work.One should take some coping measures according to different conditions,eliminate unfavorable factors industriously,and enhance physical and mental health of emergency nurses.
