In the wake of the entry into info-age, quite some of the magazine or periodical agencies, aiming to keeping updated, begin to offer subscribers/readers give-away disks whose contents are closely related to the host copy. Periodicals are of serials publishing, thus characterizes as short interim between issues, and quick circulation which lead to difficulty in managing and making use of them. This paper offers an easy and sensible way as the solution to the above problem.
