有机钙铝层状双氢氧化物材料的制备及表征 被引量:6

PERPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF ORGANO-CALCIUM ALUMINUM-LAYERED DOUBLE HYDYOXIDE

摘要 采用离子交换法,利用十二烷基硫酸钠(sodium dodecyl sulfate,SDS)改性铝酸三钙与氯化钙溶液反应生成的钙铝层状双氢氧化物(CaAl-layered double hydroxide,CaAl-LDH)制备了有机CaAl-LDH。通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、红外光谱及热重–差热分析等手段对样品进行表征。采用液相总有机碳测试手段,研究了CaAl-LDH对SDS的吸附动力学和等温吸附效果。最佳的工艺条件为:SDS初始浓度0.4mol/L;振荡反应时间8h。所得的有机CaAl-LDH中有机物的质量分数超过40%。SDS进入CaAl-LDH层间后,未破坏层状结构,其层间距增加,晶体结构完整,晶粒有序度高。 CaAl-layered double hydroxide(CaAl-LDH) was prepared from calcium chloride and C3A.Organo-CaAl-LDH was prepared by introducing sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) into CaAl-LDH through an ion-exchange method.The product was characterized by using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric–differential thermal analysis(TG–DTA).The sorption isotherms and the kinetic of SDS on CaAl-LDH were investigated.The optimized process conditions are as following:the initial concentration of SDS is 0.4 mol/L and reaction time is 8 h.The organic content on organo-CaAl-LDH is more than 40%(mass fraction).And the layer structure is not destroyed with the interlayer spacing enlarging,and the crystalline structure is more integrity.
