Progress in Research on Stress Corrosion Cracking of 7000 Series Aluminum Alloys

摘要 应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)是7000系铝合金在腐蚀环境中应用遇到的关键问题.本文重点讨论了热处理工艺以及外部环境对7000系铝合金SCC的影响;同时结合作者的研究,探讨了SCC机理,首次提出了"相变-Mg-H"理论;并展望了并这一研究领域的未来. Stress corrosion cracking(SCC)is a key problem when 7000 series aluminum alloys are applied in corrosive environments.The effect of heat treatment technology and environmental factors on SCC susceptibility of 7000 series aluminum alloy was discussed.SCC mechanism was discussed and a "phase transformation-Mg-H" theory was proposed firstly.The future trend of this research field was also prospected.
