塞来昔布对糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Delta样配体4-Notch信号的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目前有学者认为糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是一种炎症性疾病.研究表明,环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在糖尿病(DM)视网膜新生血管的形成过程中发挥了重要的作用,而新生血管形成过程中Notch配体1(notch-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是两个重要的调节因子.
