射频紧肤技术进展 被引量:5

摘要 射频是一种21世纪初才逐渐被应用于临床的新型紧肤技术,其基本原理是通过高频变化的电磁波使真皮胶原纤维受热(55—65℃)变性,继而再生、重塑,从而紧致皮肤。不同于激光或强脉冲光的选择性作用于特定靶基,射频对组织的加热是立体、均匀而持续的。按能量作用方式的不同,射频可被分为单极射频、双极射频以及三极射频等。近年来,电极的设计亦不断被改进,从早期的无创电极到最新的侵人性微创电极,以试图在疗效和风险之间寻找到更佳的平衡。
