低位直肠癌放疗的热点问题
摘要
同样是直肠癌,如肿瘤位于直肠远端（距肛缘≤6cm）,由于其与肛门括约肌较近,使治疗方式更为复杂。其中放射治疗涉及的问题包括与外科手术的关系以及与化疗的关系,特别是放疗技术本身有其特殊性，其核心就是如何在不影响病人预后的基础上保留肛门功能，提高生活质量。本文就低位直肠癌放疗的热点问题展开讨论。
